I created this artwork with passion and intensity, drawing from the mystery of existence. Expressionist brushstrokes blend with surrealist elements to explore reality beyond ordinary perception, through evanescent hues that offer a union between the dream world and history — opening like a fan of playing cards, perhaps as an invitation to reshuffle them.
The hypnotic gaze of the mysterious woman’s face emerges as if from a dream, within the shadow of the bronze equestrian sculpture commemorating Cosimo I de’ Medici — a trace of the past that continues to extend into the present. Every detail invites the viewer on a metaphysical journey, prompting reflections on the boundaries between dream and reality.
