Oil on canvas
This work was inspired by a theatrical performance held in Piazza della Signoria in Florence, beneath Benvenuto Cellini's bronze sculpture of Perseus. In creating it, I allowed the oil paint to give life to a dialogue between expressionism and surrealism, where the human figure becomes the protagonist of a journey between reality and imagination. My passion for figurative art and realism shines through in the intensity of the gazes, while illusion dances in the composition, inviting the observer to a visual exploration charged with emotions that challenge perception. This art will warm your home with an energy that evokes wonder and deep contemplation.
The artwork, including the frame, measures 121 cm in height, 142 cm in width, and 6 cm in thickness.
