In this artwork, I wanted to come so close to nature as to almost touch it.
The protagonist is an ochre-yellow reed bed seen up close: every leaf, every root, every intertwining strand is a fragment of life that tells the silent strength of the earth.
“Gold and Amber” is a tribute to the light filtering through the reeds — to the golden warmth that nature offers us in its most intimate moments.
