Gianfranco Germiniasi

Germiniasi was born in Mantova and now lives and works in the province of Monza Brianza. In the early 1980s, he opened a graphic design studio, alongside which he pursued his hobby of black and white photography—an experience that would later have a substantial influence on his painting.

Lately, his focus has shifted to the human figure, set in atmospheres of light and shadow that enhance its plasticity.

In the spring of 2014, he participated in the Sacred Art Biennale in Linas (Paris), and in the summer of the same year, he won second prize at the international competition “Les Papillons” in Carpentras (Avignon).

His works are exhibited at the “Arte è Kaos” Art Gallery in Alassio.
